Jim's Profile

Jim Couture is originally from New England and has spent most of his adult life working and raising his family in Columbia County Georgia (just outside Augusta GA). He moved to the low country of South Carolina in 2016 to open a corporate restaurant on Hilton Head Island. Then he transitioned to the short-term rental marketplace with his passion for serving others. Having between 30 and 50 rental properties under his care, Jim takes his knowledge of the Island and surrounding area to his role as a Realtor with eXp Realty. Jim and his wife of over thirty years, Kristin, enjoy all that the area offers: biking, walking, time in the Sun (beach or pool), spending time with friends, volunteering at church, or traveling to visit their adult kids and grandkids in Georgia or Florida.
