Licensed as a real estate agent since 2018, I have been in the Charlotte area for over 30 years and I love helping people with real estate! My career prior to real estate was in accounting/banking/construction. My broad experience is instrumental in handling the many moving parts that happen in common real estate transactions. My accounting experience helps in analyzing data, estimates of value and proceeds even while factoring in additional budgetary items such as; repairs, staging, cost of vacancy, etc. I have a strong understanding of construction terminology, scheduling, and practical applications. Continuing education is a requirement of all agents in North Carolina, but I strive to stay ahead of the curve. I hold additional specialty designations, and have completed my Broker’s License Course Studies for North Carolina and South Carolina. I believe in being a strong resource for my clients through education and as a referral partner.
