After many successful years in commercial real estate Jim switched his attention to residential real estate in 2002. Jim has been awarded the “Top Producer” award by PWAR (Prince William Association of Realtors) for residential sales. In 2015 Jim was inducted into the prestigious RE/MAX HALL OF FAME. The president of Kelley’s Enterprises, Inc. Jim has had a wide variety of very successful ventures in real estate and the retail world. Kelley’s Enterprises, Inc. has owned such retail stores as Domino’s Pizza, numerous TCBY stores, gas stations, convenient stores, and many Blimpie Subs and Salads. Kelley’s Enterprises, Inc. currently owns the development rights to Blimpie in central Virginia. Living in Northern Virginia the past 50 years Jim has a unique insight into this diverse real estate market. Currently, Jim has the designation of Alpha Agent in Virginia and a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). Jim is also a certified Trainer for the VHDA option offer through Virginia. In addition to a healthy real estate business Jim is the host of The Real Estate Hour, a weekly radio show about real estate.
