Coldwell Banker is proud to introduce Douglas Lee Wessel, who normally answers to “Doug”. Doug is a native to Southern California, and is a third generation Burbank resident. His wife, Madeline, also grew up in Burbank. Together they have four children, a daughter and three sons.
Doug first obtained a real estate license in 1979. From 1981 through 2002 Doug was one of the chief executive officers of the family’s air conditioning and heating business. In 2002 Doug came back to real estate sales full time. He brings with him over 20 years of business experience and a vast knowledge of construction. He also has continuing experience in property management, in that he owns and manages residential and commercial properties.
Doug is deeply involved in the community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Burbank Vikings youth football organization. He has coached youth football for the Vikings and for Burbank High School. Doug was the last acting Treasurer of the Burbank Memorial Achievement Council (BMAC).
Throughout Doug’s business career honesty and customer service has been the top priority. This is especially true in his real estate business. A real estate agent should do far more for you than show you property and guess at fair prices. You need a Realtor who will see you through every step of the complicated real estate transaction. Someone looking out for your interests first! Doug Wessel is that Realtor.
