I have been a Realtor since 2004 and a Broker since 2010. I love to negotiate and feel like I offer an edge to buyers/sellers over other agents from the experience of selling over 500 homes and the services I offer. I am a full time Broker. Why does that matter? I have more time on the job, more training/education, and I have the knowledge to make the home buying and selling experience a breeze. I have worked primarily by referral only most of my career because I don't go away after settlement and my clients love their experience with me during their home buying and/or selling process.
